Organization

The General Manager manages the day-to-day operations of the District and reports directly to the Board of Directors. Two Division Managers report to the General Manager. One Division Manager oversees the Administrative/ General Services, Accounting and Cashiering Group, Billing and Collection Group, Data Management Group, Customer Services Group and Materials/ Management Supply Group while the other administers the Water Operations Services, Engineering and Development Services, Water Resources Facilities Operations Group and Transport Operations Group. The offices of the Management Information System (MIS), Project Planning & Development, Public Relations and Internal Audit/ Compliance are under the direct supervision of the General Manager.
