This policy/ program maybe reviewed annually to evaluate its effectiveness as measured in terms of the number of apprehensions, percentage of non-revenue water and increase in average consumption per connection of the District.
The following however, are necessary to successfully implement the program:
||Continued public information that the program is still in force and valid;
||Continued maintenance of the SWAT including upgrading of techniques to be employed before, during and after apprehensions;
||Good public relations should be maintained with all supportive persons and organizations especially barangay officials.
The Division Manager is administratively responsible for the effective monitoring and execution of the established policies and procedures in the performance of the general functions of the Customer Services Group.
Review and validation of existing policies & procedures shall be done during regular monthly meetings to determine the degree of their compliance. Any needed amendments for their improvements shall be adopted.
